Empowerment: You are trusted to do your job where and when you want. There is no micromanagement regarding "bums in seats," which fosters a very mature working environment. Transparency: Leadership has made a genuine effort to be honest about the direction of the company and the state of the industry. I’ve read some of the recent comments here and, honestly, I feel they are a bit unfair.We are in an incredibly difficult economic climate right now—one where businesses much larger and more established than Shieldpay are struggling.
