Pros

I loved working for this company. Great company culture that prioritizes mental health.

Cons

Consultants are a little bit underpaid compared to the larger firms but they make up for it with great benefits package and extra vacation days.

Pros

- every project is different, allowing employees to build a wide range of skills (e.g. opportunity evaluations, go to market strategies, research strategies, program evaluations) - analysts have the opportunity to contribute to many aspects of the project (ie not just number-crunching) and business development (developing proposals etc) - breadth of clients allows for great exposure to other organizations across industry, academia, government and non-profit sectors - flexible working environment (opportunities to work from home, go to the gym at lunch, etc.)

Cons

- hours can be long (but this is to be expected at every consulting firm)

Cons

-Some projects are not as interesting as others -Workload can often be high
