Priorities often shifted on short notice • Small team size meant juggling many responsibilities

- Great team from the top down - Incredibly collaborative environment - Feel very included in the vision and direction of the company. - Good work/life balance

Cons

Coming from a different industry, I wouldn't have minded a little more hand holding or guidance during training/onboarding. I can see how to some it feels a little too fast paced or all over the place, but that's just the startup atmosphere.

- Very collaborative environment, easy to meet with CEO - Amazing coworkers - Fast paced and exciting startup environment - A ton of opportunity to grow and bring in new business - If you are starting out your career, you will gain a ton of experience you wouldn't gain at a bigger company

Cons

- Weekend work (hospitality industry) - Startup environment changes quickly which can be frustrating for some
