The team works and aligns very closely to achieve common goals. you have a sense of belonging and that they really want to make a change within the mobility industry.

-super friendly, encouraging team and leads -makes you feel welcomed and valued -decent base salary and very much achievable bonus goals

Cons

-Communication and work between departments is sometimes lacking, resulting in decisions/processes being rushed and leaving a few bumps that might've been preventable
