      1. The oranisation provides the diverse learning opportunities. 2. No micro management (depends on the immediate manager) which provides the more freedom and space to handle the tasks your way . 3.Management genuinely trusts employees to manage their own schedules. 4.I look up to my office day and enjoy my work.

      Cons

      The discussions about the new projects, revenue streams could be more fruitful & satisfactory if there is clarity wrt the future path, numbers on the basis of data study and statistics.
