Pros

Managers work with you and offer plenty of room for career development. Small company so you get to know everyone and there is no real barrier to talking to anyone directly. There is low pressure to obtain particular results so you aren't forced to mark an issue as complete when it isn't done.

Cons

Small company, So if just a few are out on PTO, either elements of the business grind to a halt or workload spikes hard. Occasionally things blindside you from inconsistent messaging or documentation. You will need do on call so if that is a deal breaker, worth mentioning.

Pros

Shipshape has presented me with an outstanding opportunity for professional and personal growth. We have a talented, knowledgeable and friendly team dedicated to providing technical support and guidance to our clients at a level that is well above and beyond industry standards. Personally I love themes and our nautical motif is both effective and satisfying. Shipshape and Bristol Fashion!

Cons

My experience at Shipshape has been overwhelmingly positive. Seeing how well the team functions here has caused me to review some of my past experiences with a more critical eye.
