- The the company was just sold a few months ago. All the employees were offered new jobs and got good financial outcomes. - Significant professional growth opportunities. - Most all the current employees have been with the company over 3 years. If you last a year you generally stay and it’s a great team to work with.
Cons
- Very innovation focused- always building something new with very tight deadlines that can be extremely stressful and pressure filled. - If you don’t perform you generally are encouraged to find a new job elsewhere or let go.
