Great work life balance, Fun atmosphere, Your opinion matters, Company holds Biweekly sometimes weekly events for employees. Remote work hybrid schedule. Company loves to help people grow if you want it its possible! Lots of room for growth. Great Vacation/ PTO benefits and 401k match.

Cons

Lots of Screen time... working in Data entry and main communication being email means lots of time staring at a screen.

Cons

clock-in/out policies for hourly employees are strict, but if you're a prompt employee this should pose no issue. Their policies are fair and presented up front to set you up for the best success.
