1. I have independence and financial security. 2. My teammates are generally nice and friendly. I can easily cooperate with them and share ideas. 3. When I come across a problem, I know my supervisor is there to help me out. Overall, I think the management is responsive and resourceful. 4. Intensive experience with lots of learning and skills advancement.

Cons

I would improve the internal communication. Effective cross-team collaboration would help us produce better results.
