Pros
Great company to work for. An open collaborative environment where you learn a lot from others and gain exposure to many production applications. You are valued and given responsibilities early on. There is room for progression within the company. The company culture is friendly, management are very understanding and always looking to help out.
Cons
As you are given responsibilities early on you need to be confident in your work and be ready to jump right in. But as a result you will grow quicker here than most companies.

Given Support when needed yet trusted to work independently which allows individuals the room to grow and upskill within the company and on a personal level. Young spirited, open and welcoming environment. Management is very approachable and understanding if any issues arise. First job where I find a great work/life balance which is essential in order to be more productive.
Cons
One must be a very driven and focused individual to work in such an environment. Working in a start-up community is not for everyone as some people prefer to be in a bigger multinational company. Yet, you will learn a lot in a short period of time. I personally have learnt more than I would have in any Business or Marketing degree.
