      - The company cares a lot about its employees, HR will always come and ask for feedback, managers as well. - You participate in all a lot of decisions in the company, and your opinion is very important - The company is undergoing structural changes, and changes are very great. - owners are involved in running the business, and you never feel they are owners, you can easily convince them in your opinion. - I am sure the company has a brilliant future.

      Pros

      The company is ambitious and growing and employee development is also always encouraged. There are annual performance reviews and individual development plans for each employee. The company works with projects of different domains and sizes, so you are able to choose the one to work on. You are always welcome to discuss anything you'd like to change or you disagree with.

      A feedback culture is not built inside the company.

      Pros

      Cool, ambitious team, dedicated to their work, always ready to help, suggest, direct in the right direction. Code reviews are carried out, there are mentors, annual meetings where they check your level of competencies and help build a professional development trajectory. Tomsk has a very cozy office with a cool atmosphere. There are many training events that motivate you to grow even more.

      Cons

      There are less and less offline meetings and events, inconvenient office location, little interaction with remote employees, which is why team spirit suffers.
