      Strong developers have a high standard, and you can learn a lot from your colleagues. A good team, competent leads. A pleasant, friendly team that's comfortable to work with every day.

      Cons

      Salary is slightly below the market average. Overtime may be required during releases and urgent tasks. Bureaucratic/process-related delays may occur. Workload may be high for small teams.

      Like in any other small business you end up wearing several hats. Which is great for your future career since you learn a lot! Endless opportunities for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      You might need to actually work here :) not spacing out and chatting with colleagues like at some large companies.
