      Pros

      Sidekick is one of the best places I've ever worked. The company is doctor-founded, and this seeps into all aspects of working here. The company goes out of its way to hire mission-driven team members, and I am surrounded by people who deeply care about their work and the impact they have on patients. Great and thoughtful benefits, and remote/flexible work opportunities.

      Pros

      At Sidekick Health there are no stupid questions, management is approachable and you feel you are valued. The workplace prides itself on its open communication, which builds transparency and trust that goes both ways; after all, employees and leadership are united under the same goals. With offices in Reykjavík, Boston, Berlin, and Stockholm, so the company is very diverse, with people from all over the world and a high percentage of them working remotely. The company enhances productivity while working from home by encouraging dedicated workstations and equipping employees with efficient tech and productivity tools.

      Cons

      It's still a relatively new company so some internal processes need further streamlining, but they are doing a great job!
