SigmaTEK is a challenging and exciting place to work especially with the new ownership. A lot of really talented people have been added to the team in the last year. If you are willing to work hard and be creative, then there are lots of paths to advance your career.

Cons

Not a lot of redundancy in some positions, so turnover can cause disruption and loss of knowledge and momentum.
