      Pros

      It's a really amazing group of people. It's a small but mighty company, and so rewarding to see the results of your efforts. The leadership team values transparency (they listen to and act upon feedback) and comradery. It's a group that works hard and plays hard. It's a great place to work if you're looking for growth.

      Cons

      No vending machines (BUT we do monthly picnics).

      Pros

      Engaging work that is also varied. Non-toxic environement. The business operating system they use creates an open platform for all employees to bring up issues. Good work culture with occasional activities and food. The people are generally respectful kind and actually want to be there.

      Cons

      No valid complaints. Could use a slushy machine...

      Hours are good until they inevitably downsize the company again (very tumultuous)

      Cons

      Oh so many! Management or whatever they call what they're doing is horrible, you can be fired at a moments notice, especially too if they lose a vendor, so absolutely no job stability, you are never safe. Because of the lack of management, employees behave poorly and the work environment is hostile. Also, very little diversity here, if you ask about taking Juneteenth off or celebrating it they will laugh at you.
