Pros

Very down to earth people, and customers were always nice

Cons

some of the hours were difficult being in this industry. But Florida is hotter, so I shouldn't complain!

Pros

Untouchable communication training that has opened a tremendous amount of doors. Great management, good atmosphere, signatures dispatchers are gems. Company willing to work with you. Good technical training paid for by company. It was sad to go but if it wasn’t for them I would still be driving a forklift in some warehouse. Patient management.

Cons

Pay was ok but not as competitive as other companies. This is largely due the crazy post covid job market in out industry. Although they did change their pay structure for installers soon after I left. I keep in touch with a lot of installers from signature, most are clearing over 50h/r with the new piece pay structure they rolled out a few months ago.

Pros

AS a HVAC Design Engineer we direct communicate with client about the design and locations. We prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for customer and talk about material we using.

Cons

Travelling to site by own vehicle or public transport.
