I have worked at many places before and never have I felt the team comradery. Everyone is really smart and fun to work with. In addition, I feel completely supported by upper management. When a position opened up that I wasn't sure I was ready for, they promoted me vs. looking for someone from the outside. I accepted the challenge and am flourishing in the role and feel I am making an impact on my client's business.

I haven't been at company in a long time that truly cares about their employees. From Sr. Management to entry level, we are a cohesive team that has each other's back. I have worked for large holding companies where I thought the perks and experience would outweigh working for a smaller company. Boy, was I wrong. The level of experience and what I am exposed to has sky rocketed my career. I am truly making a difference and my team trusts me to lead them.
