      - nice working environment - great coworkers - you may work on your projects independently (a lot of trust from the management in your capabilities ) - international team that likes to spend time together - big variety of free snacks and drinks - fair and competitive salary - fun team events

      Cons

      since it is a startup you can not expect the same benefits or established progesses as in a grown company, but they're working on it!
