Simple Global is a great company to work for in general. The leadership cares for the staff. The team environment pushes you to be the very best you can be. I am honored to be a part of such a great organization.

Pros

I loved working at Simple Global. The CEO is kind to all employees. There is flexibility at work. Full time employees receives paid time off. Health insurance is covered by 60%. Room for advancement.

Cons

Upper management and HR can be unprofessional to co-workers and employees. No solutions to current problems. Because Simple Global started as a start up company, there are a lot of room for advancement. Due to this growing possibilities, elbows get sharper all the time.
