The community of employees at Simpler Media Group is really what sets this company apart from others. Everyone is supportive, helpful, and extremely friendly. They are what made my experience at Simpler Media Group as enjoyable as it was.

Cons

Very few people receive performance raises so your base salary will likely remain the same for an extended amount of time.

I truly feel that everyone has each other's best interests in mind and wants not only the team and company to succeed but each individual as well. Leadership is open to trying new things and testing new products to really elevate the work we do. Your opinion is valued.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but we do work in a fast-paced environment so it's important to stay on top of everything we do.
