The culture is great, there are several events throughout the month and team meetings that help build team rapport.

There is a bit of a learning curve when first starting but luckily there are team leads, managers and coworkers who are more than willing to help.

Pros

Simplifile was the greatest company I've eve worked for, and I wish everyday that I could go back in time to work there again. From the product to the people to the culture, it was everything I wanted in a workplace.

Cons

It could get quite busy, but that also meant that things were going well so it never bothered me.
