      Pros

      My line manager is a great support and makes sure that we are all looked after. A real family feeling in our team and a CEO who actually shows his face and isn't afraid to answer questions! They give me enough opportunities to have a comfy pipeline and make a good living. When I first started, the culture in Sales was quite toxic and it unnecessarily felt dog-eat-dog, but since the culture has dramatically changed in the past year for the better and it is now a place that we are all proud to work in!

      Cons

      It would be nice to have all Dav teams under one roof, but I know that'll come in time.

      - The people are great, I really enjoy working with my team/colleagues - I really appreciate the flexibility here so work-life balance is good - I have a fantastic line manager who is super supportive - Great rewards and benefits - A fast-paced and exciting environment to work in

      Cons

      It can sometimes feel too fast-paced and can be difficult to keep up. There's a lot of change, which can make things feel uncertain at times.

      Great colleagues, market leading salaries and benefits package. Training and progression opportunities for all levels including the Leasehold Development Course, Newbuild and Shared Ownership training for Lawyers and the Leadership Programme for Legal Managers. A fresh new CEO who is visible and willing to listen to his staff

      Cons

      We have experienced a difficult few months due to capacity however, the same can be said for every Conveyancing Company in the Country. Whilst, lawyers have carried extra files during this period, we have been rewarded incredibly well for doing so including a Higher Case Supplement for every file carried over your capacity level, overtime for title checking and generous bonuses, There has been a lot of change at Exec level but the new CEO, Alan has been honest and transparent from day one despite having difficult strategic decisions to make for the success of the Company moving forward.
