      Pros

      Amazing people and a genuinely fun team to work with. Working on a super interesting B2C product with real users. A lot of responsibility, ownership, and real influence on both the product and the roadmap. Great work–life balance and a high level of independence and trust.

      Cons

      Less focus on pixel-perfect details and more on moving fast and making an impact, which might not be for everyone.

      Pros

      I joined Simply five years ago and was given the opportunity to step into a role despite not being a perfect on-paper match. The culture encourages initiative, independent thinking, and ownership, with good ideas taken seriously regardless of role or seniority. The people are strong professionally and genuinely kind, with low ego and minimal organizational politics. It is the best culture I have worked in.

      Cons

      This is not an environment for everyone. Simply is best suited for highly independent people who are comfortable with ambiguity, expected to lead end to end, and often work in multidisciplinary teams.
