      Pros

      Excellent High level leadership that is always looking to learn from losses, celebrate wins, and strive to innovate and grow within a competitive industry.

      Cons

      Benefits are seriously lacking for the entry-level employee and even mid-level and high-level employees could use better benefits.

      Pros

      Management is very understanding, they have great communication and are super easy to talk to. You can take unpaid time off whenever you need. Great for single parents, they understand when your kids are sick. They give you raises often when doing a good job.

      Cons

      Health insurance is ridiculously expensive and not the best plan. No PTO or paid sick time. Working in the winter is hard because its so cold.
