Pros
Evolved greatly over the years and have much better training and processes in place to help employees succeed more than they once did. Fair KPIs and expectations set compared to competitors. Achievable and measurable progression pathway. Mature culture, no big egos. Current group of staff are very pleasant to work with in all offices, drama is exceptionally rare. Top end of the NW market for comms schemes. Good and frequent social events.
Cons
Not many I can think of, occasional dodgy hire, but this is now resolved quickly.
