- work culture is very good - You can often have a direct interaction with the directors of the company. - Annual hikes are really nice - Clients from all over the world are involved so you do get to learn a lot here. - insurance and re-insurance is growing at a rapid rate so this would be the best place to start your career with.

Cons

- Getting WFH depends on profile to profile. It is not available for all. - Transportation issues -unless and until you have your own vehicle to travel it is all good to go.
