Pros

This is a great place to be. Open to ideas coworkers are fun and energetic. Great things coming in the near future. Upper management listens to every idea just don't be hurt if you don't always get 100% what you want. Tons of room to grow with the company and lots of opportunity to move up if you are a self motivator.

Cons

Can be a little old school at times but things are moving in the right directions with bonus structures for everyone, company parties and give away.

Pros

Sisel is not only a stable company that runs off of zero debt and outright owns all of its assets (including an incredible 300,000 square foot product manufacturing facility), but they've had some legitimately amazing growth through the pandemic and there are some major employment and career opportunities now and in the near future, including upward mobility. The culture has seen huge improvement the past few years - it's a fun, close-knit place to work with some great perks.

Cons

Not so much a con as a suggestion, but be ready to be assertive, be ready to bring ideas to the table, and be ready to banter. If you're super passive, like to keep to yourself in meetings, and have a less pronounced sense of humor, you're likely to have a more difficult time here.
