I worked in SiviSoft for more than 3.5years [March/2019 to July/2022] at onsite location [Kingston, Jamaica], this was my first onsite opportunity at the really in need time, I would say I made perfect choice, coming to accommodation/facilities provide by Company was a top notch, you NO need to name/worry for it, they will provide everything if you travel alone or even with family, they never trouble you. Work life balance : We will have ample of time to spend with family, and take care of personal things as org provides house/Accommodation very near to the office, so after office hours there wont be much hustle bustle. Work culture: One of the best place to work interms of technology [its up to you, how would you like to contribute] cloud, automation or just Functional...Its purely up to your caliber but client provide best to place to get explore. Package: Satisfaction level is individual choice, I was very happy with what they offered and what I have saved. Future: You work and work and work, someday you will get a good opportunity. Samething happened in my case, I got very good opportunity in 2021, till July/2022 I worked over there then moved. Job security: As far as you deliver you will be safe, when you stop deliver you are not secured. Nothing to be worried about the job, all are long term positions.
