      Pros

      Culture, Feeling Valued, Office Space, Leadership. I worked here a while back so some things might have changed, but some colleagues I keep in touch with say its still a great company!

      Cons

      No downsides I can think of.

      Top Notch Cool Job with Culture & Flexibility

      Pros

      The events we get to plan and work are so cool, and immersive for the fans. The company culture is prioritized on a daily basis, and strong. The leadership & managers genuinely seem to care. The flexibility to work from home 1-2x per week, travel to paradise, and still have most weekends + holidays off, is rare in the events & and entertainment industry.

      Cons

      For the level of responsibility, and thoughtfulness I put into my work + the cost of living in Atlanta, the pay should be 25% more across the board. It’s being evaluated, so I’m hopeful for change.
