Flexible working Great perks- vouchers, perkbox Open and honest culture- there is an employee communications forum which has lead to alot of change Since I have been here there has always been opportunities, lots of promotions throughout

Cons

There are some areas that are being worked on. I wouldn't say this is a con as such but the leaders and HR have recognised this and are making the changes. It is a very positive company and there is lots of positive changes
