      1: Great opportunity to build a real portfolio of creative work 2: Flexible with content ideas and lets you run with campaigns 3: Fast-paced environment keeps things interesting day to day 4; Good for learning multiple platforms and analytics tools

      No cons as such. Depends on team to team and the leadership. I don’t face any issue with my KPI or expectations

      Pros

      Skillz led the industry in bringing mobile esports gaming to everyone. It is really an incredible opportunity. It’s fun, you’re working in very young industry and have the power to make a crazy amount of impact on that industry. Skillz is still poised to capture the majority of that industry over the next few years.

      Cons

      It’s a fast paced start up, which always leads to tough problems to solve on the technical side. It’s not an easy job, hard work is expected but that does mean you’ll often be working with incredible smart and talented people from all walks of life.

      - Upper management is trash - Head of Engineer has no idea what he's doing - 0 appreciation to the Engineering team (like we dont exist)
