I enjoy working with the people here from the top to the bottom. I have made friends that will last a lifetime. I am compensated for my hard work and feel appreciated.

Pros

The company has positioned itself well with GPO’s and its government accounts. They offer competitive pay along with a multitude of benefits to include 401k and Medical. The office is a nice place to work with friendly staff.

Cons

Not really a con, but the company has gone through a change in management. The new management has a different and much more employee friendly philosophy.

Sklar has changed management and has become a very employee positive workplace. Diverse employees have the opportunity to build their business. Management is very supportive and co-workers constantly support each other. it is a place of continuous learning, with regular training on new instruments and approaches to managing business development. Never boring!

Problems are addressed as they appear, nothing to report at this time.
