Pros

You really learn the art of recruitment and not rely on lazy internet searches for candidates. This is a role for a self starter only that wants to be engaged in the business world. Your success is purely dependent on your willingness to put forth effort and nothing is handed to you. Please note that a bulk of the negative review are written by one disgruntled employee that was never a recruiter. Not sure why he feels so insistent on writing bad reviews posing as different people, but just trust that this is a stellar opportunity for anybody that is money motivated and enjoys a challenge. If you want a career, this is it.

Cons

You have to be willing to get uncomfortable and try new concepts in order to grow. If you are bold and assertive, you will do fine. If you are timid and easily discouraged, this may not be the job for you.

Pros

Sky Recruiting is a company that made me feel at home immediately. The coworkers, the professional work environment, the work hard/play hard attitude... all of it added up to an amazing place to earn great money, learn a craft, and feel welcomed on a daily basis. The principals for the firm truly care about their employees, and offer all the tools needed to be a successful executive level recruiter for their long list of clients. If hard work, organization, and follow through are things that are important to you, Sky Recruiting is a place that compliments, and rewards those attributes.

Cons

The process of recruiting that Sky has perfected requires a recruiter to put together a detailed plan, reach out to a lot of people per day, and juggle multiple projects at a time. So, if you are organized, can talk with people all day, and practice good time management skills, there are no cons to working at Sky.
