SkyWire has an employee rating of 3.4 out of 5 stars, based on 19 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a good working experience there. The SkyWire employee rating is in line with the average (within 1 standard deviation) for employers within the Information Technology industry (3.9 stars).
Great co-workers, a fun atmosphere, and being part of a growing company that doesn't make you feel like you're "just another cog" are a few reasons why I love being part of the SkyWire family.
I don't understand what people are talking about when they are describing poor leadership. Everyone's experiences are different, but the negative remarks are, most likely, reflective of poor work ethics. If you don't agree with the leadership, be a leader.
Cons
It's a start-up, so we all have to wear multiple hats for the company to succeed. I don't think this a true con, since this can build a strong team of people who have the knowledge to help others when it is necessary.
