Pros

Slate provides a great platform for mature consultant to be part of a company while still keep a good degree of independence and autonomy. It is also a good place for self driven up and coming individuals who wants to learn the trade and develop a successful career in Japan.

Cons

Slate is not a great place for people who wants to be a part of a big system, being closely managed or hand held.
