Pros
Great company culture. Everyone (at all levels) are ready and willing to jump in to help with any task. There are no barriers to getting work done, everyone is in it for the right reasons. We're truly doing something different in the industry so it is refreshing. Such a smart and kind team! Great pay, work-life balance, co-workers, and benefits.
Cons
I can't think of any. If you are ready to jump in and work to make a change in this industry with some of the best pharmacy professionals in the business, this is the place!

Management lacks experience and breaches HIPAA regulations

Benefits, pay is decent, coworkers are polite and most try to be helpful
Cons
Management breaches HIPAA to garner sympathy from employees for management, management appears with no clinical experience/stuck in clinical department as a favor to higher-ups and when given this info, lowlings are supposed to pretend we don't know?
