Pros

The Supervisors are approachable and are always available to assist you in any way they can. They are personable and warm. The complete staff feels like family and are always eager to help in every way. The environment is welcoming. Our new office was designed with employees in mind. We have comfortable break areas designed with lounge chairs, games, magazines etc. and the outside is set for active employees to indulge in shooting hoops, take a brisk walk, or bike ride around the trail, or just to enjoy each others company at picnic tables. I love coming to work and love to do overtime because the Supervisors enables a sense of accomplishment and gives feedback on the work done during overtime so you know that your efforts never go unnoticed. No micro management here! A family is what you gain. The salary is very competitive.

Cons

I wish we had hour lunches to enjoy the amenities longer.

I love the people I work with, everyone is very pleasant, caring and make coming to work enjoyable. Management is very understanding and flexible, the environment overall really is great!

Cons

Having to use PTO to cover paid holidays is something I'm still trying to adjust to, I'm used to paid holidays off being covered without the use of PTO. I do however like how SleepMed compensates this by making the accrual of PTO significantly higher per pay period than usual which balances this "con". I've been with the company almost a year and I don't have any real negative feedback.
