Pros
Slide UX has a great work-life balance. Its extremely rare that I or my coworkers ever need to work more than 40 hrs in a week, it happens on occasion, but it's rare. I've been at this company for several years, and have always been impressed with the leadership team. They have been very approachable in my experience, and really value honestly (not a place that looks for "yes men"). The best part of the company imo is the people. I've worked with creatives from all over the world, and these folks are great to work with. Nobody I've worked with here has a big design ego, and everyone is collaborative and willing to pitch-in with whatever is going on to help the team. In addition, the company is fully WFH since its founding, and not having to spend time in Austin traffic has definitely improved my life. Overall, I would rate this job to be the best, or at least in the top 2, of any job I've ever held.
