      - Amazing company culture - Hardworking, passionate and talented people - Fun atmosphere and employees are given opportunities for growth - Individual development plans - working based on strengths - open feedback culture

      Cons

      - Normal growing pains - just because we're growing so fast, but it does offer the opportunity to wear many hats, and take part in making the company better overall.
