Pros
Small Space Plus has a very nice working environment that includes colleagues, office space, lunch room etc. Management along with the owner gives you authority to think your own which can enhance your creativity. They respond quick on requests by employees. I found them in my need. Systems they use for daily operations are modern and useful that makes your job easy to perform.
Cons
They could focus more on Sales training to new hires.
