I felt that the workload was manageable given the client load and responsibilities for this role. Overall, you have the opportunity to be innovative, share your ideas where they'll be well received, and grow as part of the team in a healthy work environment.

You get to work with a wide variety of clients and there is never a dull day. The amount of responsibility you take on is dependent on your performance and how you conduct your business, so if you excel in both, the opportunities for learning and advancement are huge. It’s not every agency that you get to have such a direct influence on your clients and form real relationship with them.
