I enjoy the work and the daily challenge, but my favorite part after all this time is the local team in MO and my other engineering peers in NYC; its a rare blend of personalites and skills that are difficult to find elsewhere.

It's a great experience working for SCC. There have been growing pains for the company, but nothing that cannot be solved. The organization has undergone numerous adjustments since I began working there to enhance the environment and culture generally. I perform the duties for which I was employed, I adhere to deadlines, and because I give results and/or seek clarification when necessary, I get along well with the management team. My belief is that certain employees are set in their ways and this leads management to frequently micromanage.
