Lots of opportunity for growth. Great coworkers and environment to be a part of. Office location is wonderful and centralized for activities.

As a company in the growth phase, lots of process and procedures are being worked out and put in place.

SmartFile is a very dedicated and culturally diverse team that allows a lot of forward movement in one's career. Snack lounge, and ping pong always available to push your mind through a tough project

Cons

Communication on ideas and roles seems to vary between members of a team, but this is remedied by the open forum space that SmartFile has.
