The company/team culture is great. It's a young, dynamic, and international team. You can tell that everyone really cares about each other and the product as you are surrounded by colleagues who are motivated. The company does a good job at celebrating wins and learning from losses. Nice vrijimbos, team workouts, and outings are an extra special bonus!

It's growing fast, so it's stabilising from many changes in 2020
