Started off in the SDR role and the SmartRecruiters team provided the opportunity for me to grow, step out of my comfort zone and get involved. This eventually led to an internal move into Account Management!

Cons

SmartRecruiters is a fast-paced and scrappy environment - this can be challenging for some. For others, it gives you the opportunity to grow and see what you are made of!

> Fantastic C-Suite that has come in to help structure and lead our business to scale. > All of the tools you could need in a virtual/remote working environment to be successful in sales. > Wellness, health and hybrid flexibility are very much promoted. I am trusted and enabled to do my job and have been for three years. This has resulted in me hitting my targets. > People by from passionate people and this business is filled with people that care about the industry they work in and the impact our tech has on organisations all over the world. > Amazing perks and benefits including international and domestic offsites in incredible locations, training via Udemy, Saleshood, etc. > The fastest-growing R&D team in the world in our space, meaning our product roadmap and innovation is second to none and exciting to sell to our customers.

Cons

> We are scaling quickly so there is flux and change in an almost constant motion so prepare for that. This is expected in any business that is scaling to double in size from a people perspective so as long as you are prepared for that and embrace it, it's pretty damn exciting.
