It's a software business. Quickly growing. Achiever environment. Flexible and a true startup mentality because... it's a startup.
Cons
It's bootstrapped so amenities need improvement. A little chaotic at times.

I started working for this SmartScout in between semesters as a college student. It began as an internship, and then became a more permanent position when school started back up. They are always trying to build something great, have a collaborative approach to work, and do always are built on ambition as a core value.
Cons
This company tries to do as much as it can with what it has. This can be great, but it also means that they are hesitant to spend money on new tools or especially new labor.
