Pros
Great opportunity to grow with an internet based company that has weathered the dot com ups and downs. Exposure to solid retail strategy and invested CEO who is hands on an engaged with the company performance.
Cons
Small centrally located midtown office can be a little dreary

Pros
Pretty much everyone there is very friendly, and some kind of performer or artist. When I was done taking calls and doing office sidework, there was a lot of sitting together watching clips of Patti LuPone. Which, I mean, is a pro for me.
Cons
It's not a job with a lot of possibility for growth, if you apply to work there, it should be purely as a side job. The pay is better than minimum wage, but by no means generous. Additionally, I'm not sure if the office is still configured so that the boss is seated behind all of the employees, enabling him to see everything you do over your back, but I found that super-creepy while I was working there.
