      Pros

      The kind of projects we get to do at SmartCirqls are really innovative and with big brands in tech space like TCS and some major banks. Splunk is a future proof specialisation and the company pays for all certifications, and genuinely take care of any problems team faces

      Cons

      Does not make sense for short term like 1-1.5 yrs since real benefit is after 2 yrs when you get advanced splunk consultant trainings and project leadership. After that it's a game changer in career profile as very few such consultants are there in India.

      Hello Guys, I have been working here since last 3.5 years and overall it is a good experience so far. It is good for both freshers as well as experienced associates, Salary n other compensations are good, A good work-life balance. Apart from this, the best part is company assures you job security.
