Pros

Small staff so things can get tight but gave way to tons of experience you wouldn't normally gain with a larger staff. Amazing CEO. Zero micromanaging.

Cons

Hands off manager meant I had to figure a lot out on my own but it also made me grow and adding to my list of abilities. Smaller agency so pay was lower than industry average.

Pros

- It is a place where you get out what you put in. Some will want more of a paint-by-numbers workplace; this isn't that. - Variety in the type of clients, projects and people. This helps you get sharper. - Strong interpersonal relationships. - It's smaller so your work and opinion are utilized. Some days this is a con.

Cons

- Some people are in their first or second professional role. They can have a hard time with the dynamics of a workplace. - Not as thorough or standardized of processes for operations. - It's smaller so there's not as much support vertically. Some days this is a pro.

Pros

It's pretty simple: If you apply yourself, you'll go somewhere. Being a small but mighty shop has advantages such as wearing multiple hats, trying your hand at new skills and assisting in the molding of processes. I’ve met some of the most talented people during my time at Snap Agency. With a group of intelligent folks who work hard and are also good company, it's not a surprise that everyone becomes like family. Never a lack of encouragement from Senior leadership. The leadership team is also always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to assisting/guiding you if needed.

Cons

It's difficult to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company. While the option to be fully remote is appealing this day in age, the office culture suffers especially when everyone is so busy.
