      Pros

      The woman that interviewed me was so welcoming and spoke from the heart about her feelings of Snap when I asked, that any negative post on here clearly is an angry ex employee..... The feeling I had when I hung up with the recruiting director was that I have known her for years and she spoke so highly of the Vp and CEO how could I not have wanted this job despite the decrease in pay I took. The company is truly first class with the highest regards to running a ethically and morally sound business.

      Cons

      Nothing at all please keep up this wonderful process for others to experience. I have had many awful interviews in my time with large companies that have HR do most of the hiring. HR managers that are just so cold. What a refreshing process.

      Flexible but low pay

      Pros

      The job is flexible you can make your own hours as long as you complete min # of appointments. Perfect for those who don't want to work 8hrs (but don't expect to make any money). Good insurance benefits.

      Cons

      No car allowance and minimal mileage reimbursement (half the federal amount) only to/from one appointment per day max - even if you drive around prospecting visit multiple offices per day. Ask to review the commission plan before accepting a job. They will promise you the world ("your territory will soon be at 100 patients"). If you want to make six figures, your territory will need to be at 200+ patients per month and it takes a lot of time to get there, Most territories are not there. Lunch budget is so low you cannot even afford McDonald's.
